Barb Arbesman
Barbara Arbesman, founder of The Hebrew Learning Center, which opened as an Independent Hebrew school since 2007, has been privileged to teach children of Carroll County since 1999. She began her career in teaching students at Beth Shalom Congregation than promoted to Director of Education. She maintains multiple certificates in Hebrew Education, focusing on the inclusion and respect of our interfaith families in the community.
Barbara is committed to developing the love of Judaism in all children; understanding his or her Jewish background and if desired, preparing the students as they become a Bar or Bat Mitzvah.
