The Eldersburg Jewish Congregation is a lay led congregation.  Typically adult services are led by Jerry Rachanow and High Holy Days are led by Jerry, Ken Woolf and Bob Pickholtz. Children services are led by Lynda Dye and Shannon Handwerger, but participation by all members is highly encouraged especially the children of the congregation.
